What We Do
Claros Capital is a private investment company. We acquire established B2B services businesses in the UK and hold them for the long term. We are not a fund and have no fixed date by which we must sell.We evaluate every business on its own merits, but are typically drawn to:
• Established, profitable businesses generating up to £1m EBITDA, with healthy margins
• Recurring revenue with a loyal customer base
• B2B services, such as testing, inspection, certification and compliance
• Located in London or the surrounding counties
• Owners considering retirement or seeking liquidity
